You Are The Way Chpt 8

Lord, I am captured.

You have me under Your spell.

No wonder my life is going so well.

Until now, I have had nothing to tell.

 

I look to the Heavens

The stars are what I see.

You are the Lord of all creation.

You leave everything to the imagination.

 

You have such a commanding presence.

I feel it all around me.

Sometimes I feel so tense.

But You still give me confidence.

 

You are the way.

The only truth.

I know this,

Because I pray.

 

You fill me with love,

That I can express.

Spread the love so everyone can see.

That is who I want to be.

Chpt 8 You give me Words

 

Lord, You give me sight,

When I feel blind.

You give me words,

When they are so hard to find.

 

Lord, You are my protection,

In every worldly situation.

You give me hope,

And the tools to cope.

 

My problems have to with life in general.

So many problems to overcome.

Sometimes my problems just make me feel numb.

My life is going to have a better outcome.

 

When you become one with God.

Your sin becomes more evident.

You become more self aware of your actions.

Your life becomes more love and less reaction.

 

It is so hard knowing I will die.

When it is my time, I will probably cry.

I know I will be going to a better place.

That is when I will finally get to see Your Face.
